We use 3D architectural design software that provides realistic rendering of your design including profile images and 3D "walk-throughs". You will see your finished property coming to life before committing to building plans and permit. With an approved design, we produce building plans and drawings suitable for permit submission and construction.

We provide the structural engineering support to the design your building, home or addition. We produce engineered drawings and construction details meeting Ontario Building Code requirements and P. Eng. certified for construction.

We can manage your construction project, drawing from our pool of qualified trades, contractors and commercial suppliers. Knowing the latest construction techniques, on-site supervision, managing permit inspections and controlling prices allows us to build cost-effectively and with-out delays.
